Our Platinum service is our highest level of service and includes rapid response to your business in the event of a server failure.

This means we shall respond within 1 hour of notification and be onsite within 2 hours if necessary. We pro-actively manage all workstations and servers to prevent downtime and failures.

You instantly become a key client and enjoy priority support. This will all be during business hours of operation.
