¨ Remote monitoring / access agents Colins IT have invested in a software platform in order to monitor and remote access our client's workstations and servers. The software also enables us to setup alerts and roll out certain software packages which all reduce downtime to our clients. Getting instant access to a client's desktop to provide support also has a huge benefit. We charge this on at cost price at £2 per device per month. Our Platinum and Diamond packages include this as part of the package. We reserve the right to pass on any price increases. |
